We collaborated closely with the client to project manage and design this 90 cover restaurant and bar fit out in Stratford, London. The client wanted an immersive environment, the scheme includes a lighting grid with theatre lighting , environmental graphics and bespoke furniture and storage.
EDO assisted Ditto Coffee with the refurbishment of their new outlet on Rivington Street, Shoreditch. The basement level provides an intimate live music performance space, allowing the business to support new artists while also catering for drop in customers.
EDO worked closely with the client to develop an undecorated raw aesthetic for Atelier Cafe, the stainless steel mobile catering trolley was inspiration for a scheme where we designed bespoke stainless steel tables with rubber tops, used simple catering equipment and a “chandelier”. The furniture had to clear away quickly for other events in the foyer space.
This pop up bar and cafe was a pastiche on the 1970’s. EDO designed furniture and signage in honeycomb cardboard, printing fabric textures and wood effect onto the cardboard. The space had 40 covers.
EDO assisted the client with the refurbishment of their new outlet on in South London. The use of relevant materials allowed the restaurant to connect to its heritage. The bar is cast concrete with terrazzo top, floor tiles are mixed and random and all the furniture is used.
EDO recently completed the feasibility and concept design stages for this 400 sqm new build fit out, to create an open plan workshop and exhibition space with a cafe at its centre. Building on a functional aesthetic, the interior utilises exposed industrial materials connected with warmer, timber elements to reflect the craft of manufacture.
